This policy describes how American Capital Financial Group, LLC (AMCFG) handles information when you use our website or contact us about mortgage services.

Information and its uses

When you submit a website request, call, email, text, or book a consultation, we receive the contact information and details you provide to respond to your questions, arrange appointments, and provide requested mortgage services. Website requests may include your mortgage plans, property estimates, reported credit information, questions, and communication preferences. We use these details to prepare for your request and plan appropriate follow-up.

During a mortgage application, information may include your name, address, phone number, Social Security number, credit history, and financial information. We may also receive transaction records, including payment history and account balances or activity; credit reports and scores from consumer reporting agencies; and employment, income, or deposit verifications from employers and others. This information supports processing and verifying your request.

Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and requested page or referring site, to the website host and services it connects to. These requests deliver the website and its features.

Mortgage calculator estimates are calculated in your browser. Using the calculator alone does not send those values to AMCFG. If you submit a request to review a calculation, we receive the calculator details and estimate summary with your request. Copy estimate places the summary on your clipboard; sharing it is your choice.

Service providers and disclosure

Website requests are processed and stored using Vercel and HighLevel/LeadConnector so our team can respond and manage follow-up.

Fonts are served from this website. HighLevel’s ReputationHub supplies reviews and receives browser requests when reviews load. Opening booking loads HighLevel/LeadConnector’s calendar and helper; the provider receives technical information and any details you submit for scheduling and related communications.

Secure mortgage applications are completed on a separate application website. Review the privacy notices provided there before submitting information.

We disclose personal information only as necessary for the purpose you requested, to related entities involved in that purpose, or as required by law. The SMS restrictions below apply to mobile information and consent. External websites and services have their own privacy terms; review those terms when using them.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and form steps are useful, whether requests are saved, and how long forms and scheduling take. It uses browser identifiers and campaign information. Our website analytics does not include your name, email, phone number, written questions, credit score, or calculator amounts. A confirmed consultation may also be recorded as a booking event without your contact details. Our website measurement respects your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting.

On amcfg.com, we use Meta Pixel to measure website visits, inquiry form submissions, and actions such as opening the calendar, following an application link, contacting us, using a calculator, or visiting our social profiles. Meta receives browser and device information, page and referral information, advertising identifiers, and these action events, and may use cookies to measure and attribute advertising. We do not include your form answers, financial details, or contact details in the events our website sends to Meta. Automatic form-data collection is disabled in our integration. This measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Opening a calendar or application link does not report that you booked or completed an application.

The review and booking services also make analytics or advertising requests. The review service requests Cloudflare measurement code; booking requests Meta’s (Facebook) Pixel script. These requests begin when those experiences load, even without a submission. Providers may use cookies or browser storage for usage and session information. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect the review and booking features.

We do not intentionally provide phone numbers, SMS opt-in selections, or SMS consent records to analytics or advertising providers.

Text messages

With separate SMS consent, AMCFG uses your mobile number for requested mortgage information, consultations, application updates, and limited non-promotional follow-up. Authorized AMCFG personnel may send messages manually or through workflows associated with your request, appointment, responses, or application. Consent is not required to apply for or receive mortgage services. Reply STOP to end texts or HELP for assistance. See the SMS terms for frequency, charges, and other program details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Protecting information and contacting us

We treat personal information as confidential and require employees to follow our data-protection and confidentiality policies. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Send sensitive financial information only through the application portal, not general website inquiry forms.
