Working with AMCFG
Clear explanations. Informed decisions.
A working relationship built on transparency and what is best for your buyer.
Understand the financing.
We explain complex loan concepts and expected timelines for your buyer’s situation, so you can plan around key contract dates.
Help your buyer feel ready.
Your loan officer explains options and tradeoffs, answers questions, and helps your buyer make informed decisions without pressure to move forward.
Stay ahead of changes.
With your buyer’s permission, your assigned loan officer shares relevant updates, flags obstacles early, and follows up promptly when timing or next steps change.
Keep the buyer’s financial details with the loan team. Ask the assigned loan officer for the appropriate application link and document instructions. The buyer completes their own application. Preapproval is not final loan approval or a guarantee of financing.
Explore working together
Let’s start with an introduction.
Tell us about your brokerage, the markets you serve, and what your buyers need. We’ll discuss how AMCFG can support your clients and coordinate communication with you.
To arrange an introduction with another loan officer, include their name when you email, call, or text us.
A buyer or active contract
Introduce a buyer or share a contract.
With your buyer’s permission, email AMCFG about their next step or send a ratified contract. Include upcoming deadlines and your preferred loan officer, if you have one. If an officer is already assigned, send the contract and updates to them directly.
For an urgent contract deadline, call your assigned loan officer or AMCFG and flag the date. Coordinate any additional financial documents with the loan officer.
