AMERICAN CAPITAL FINANCIAL GROUP LLC, publicly branded as AMCFG, may collect your mobile telephone number when you submit a form and separately consent to receive text messages. AMCFG uses this information to respond to mortgage inquiries, answer mortgage-process questions, coordinate requested consultations, provide requested scheduling or application links, deliver application or document-status updates, and make limited non-promotional follow-ups concerning your inquiry.

Text messages may be sent manually by Jay Kim or other authorized AMCFG personnel or through automated workflows associated with your request, appointment, responses, or application activity. Message frequency varies, typically one to five messages per inquiry per month, excluding consumer-initiated conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance. You can reply STOP anytime to end texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving mortgage services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
