Jay started his first mortgage business in 2000. Earlier, he studied business finance at the University of Maryland from 1983 to 1989.
He continued working through the 2008 housing and financial crisis, bringing that experience of a difficult market to his work with clients today.
Today, Jay is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at American Capital Financial Group, LLC. A father of four, he cares deeply about helping the people in his community.
