Mortgage information

AMCFG works with multiple lenders. Website information is general and educational, is not an exhaustive treatment of any subject, and is not an offer or solicitation for a mortgage product or financial instrument. It is not accounting, tax, legal, consulting, or other professional advice. Consult your tax or legal advisor before making decisions.

Website content, calculator estimates, and text messages do not constitute an application, approval, preapproval, eligibility determination, rate quote, rate lock, commitment to lend, or guarantee of loan terms. Eligibility, pricing, and terms depend on underwriting, documentation, credit, property, market conditions, and lender and program requirements. Availability varies by location and individual circumstances.

Calculator results reflect selected assumptions and may omit costs. They do not calculate APR or a complete cash-to-close amount. Discuss actual costs and available options with a loan officer.

SMS messaging

AMCFG’s optional, non-marketing SMS program is for people who request mortgage information or services and affirmatively consent to texts. You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide. Messages may include inquiry responses, requested mortgage information, scheduling and reminders, and application, document, or status updates. The program does not send promotional offers or rate advertisements.

SMS consent must be separate and optional. A form’s SMS consent checkbox must be unchecked by default and must not be required to submit the form or obtain services. By opting in, you authorize AMCFG to send non-marketing texts to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service.

• Frequency and charges. Frequency varies with your inquiry and application status: up to five messages per month during inquiry follow-up, with additional messages as reasonably necessary during an active application. Message and data rates may apply; check your wireless plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any AMCFG text to cancel. We may send one final confirmation; after it, no further messages will be sent through this program unless you affirmatively opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP, email info@amcfg.com, or call (301) 678-1419 for SMS assistance.
• Delivery. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier network availability.

Personal and mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
